António Andrade, VdA's managing associate is the author of the chapter on Portugal's legal framework as regards IP for the specialized publication Intellectual Property Review informing, among other aspects on the mandatory arbitration system established by Law no. 62/2011, of December 12, and the installation of the new IP Court.

The Intellectual Property Review is an international publication specializing in IP to which IP specialists from around the world write.
