Jornal de Negócios newspaper has announced that Portugal Telecom (PT) has launched the first phase of a project that will see a Data Center to be built in Covilhã with legal advice from Vieira de Almeida & Associados (VdA). The project was launched on 21 October, says Jornal de Negócios.
