Pedro Cassiano Santos was one of the participants in a face-to-face article for the 2009 edition of Who’s Who in Portuguese law Firms, contributing his predictions for 2009 in the banking and finance sectors.
In his opinion, 'we are prepared for the eventuality that an economic crisis may well follow on from the current financial crisis' and, therefore, 'there remains an uncertainty about 2009'. Despite this, he sees grounds for optimism when 'taking into account the various public works that have already been launched (…)'
