Paula Gomes Freire, Banking & Finance practice partner, is quoted in the Banking and finance annual report, of the March/April edition of Iberian Lawyer magazine.
On the consolidation in the banking sector, the partner states that “the need to play according to new rules means that the banks’ business model will adapt and the economy need to find alternative ways of accessing finance, such as via capital markets”.
