The November 2007 edition of 'The European lawyer' magazine published an article concerning the problems and vicissitudes linked to European patents jurisdiction.

The article, in which reference is made to VdA partner António Magalhães Cardoso, covers in particular detail difficulties arising from the official languages adopted by member states and the various adaptations thereof by these nations.
