A unanimous decision

António Andrade, managing associate at the Intellectual Property practice, is unanimously re-elected President of the Design Committee of ECTA.

The Committee has a diversity of members that allows an exchange of important experiences and discussions for the recognition and evaluation of legal European and International issues, and therefore in the elaboration of solutions and comparative studies related to Industrial Designs.

The managing associate is the first Portuguese to be re-elected as chair, ending this second mandate in 2016.
