New European regulation changes the rules on the registration of marks
António Andrade, Intellectual Property practice managing associate, is quoted in the Portuguese daily newspaper Diário Económico in an article on the new European regulation that has brought changes to the European Union Trade Mark system.
The managing associate highlights the new policy as being "very positive, by streamlining processes, facilitating access to documents, optimize and improve the process of complaints and litigation."
