Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira is part of the teaching staff of the 6th Postgraduate Course in Civil Liability Law, organised by the Private Law Research Centre of the Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon.

As part of this programme, Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira teaches the modules “Planned Termination of Contracts” and “Civil Liability of Company Directors”.

This postgraduate course is primarily aimed at supporting legal professionals working in the forensic field, providing them with tools to address the challenges of contractual disputes. The programme has been designed to cover the most relevant topics in contractual civil liability, based on Portuguese case law.
