Magda Cocco will be speaking at the 5th Lisbon HR Congress, taking place this Tuesday, 7 April, organised by Editora RH.

The VdA Partner will take part in the panel discussion 'AI – Strategic Agenda for People Development', alongside Rita Ribeiro (Head of People at Nokia), Céu Mendonça (Member of the Leadership Team at Microsoft Portugal) and Rui Mendes da Costa (Corporate Director of People and Culture at Águas de Portugal Group). The session will be moderated by Ricardo Carneiro (Senior Outsourcing Director at Clan).

The congress brings together experts and leaders from different organisations to discuss innovative human resources practices, with a focus on topics such as digitalisation in support of sustainability, ethical leadership, and diversity and inclusion.
