On 24 February, Iakovina Kindylidi will participate in the 'INOVQtalks' conference, dedicated to the theme 'Artificial Intelligence and Quality: Challenges and Opportunities', an initiative organised by the INOVA Quality Hub of the Portuguese Institute for Quality.

VdA’s Senior International Adviser will speak at the ‘Regulation Prism’ session, where she will address the legal framework applicable to artificial intelligence, with a particular focus on the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act), published in 2024. The conference will also highlight the role of Harmonised Standards, expected to be published in 2026, which will play a key role in implementing the rules governing the responsible development and use of AI systems in the European market.
