Mariana França Gouveia took part as a speaker at the Bucerius HIAD Conference 2026, held as part of the Hamburg International Arbitration Days (HIAD), which took place on 24 March at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg.

The VdA Partner joined the panel 'Liability of Arbitral Institutions', alongside other international experts, for a discussion on the role of arbitral institutions in international arbitration.

The event provided an opportunity to reflect on the growing impact of these institutions on the development of international arbitration, as well as on the legal challenges associated with their role in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of proceedings.
