On 10 April, Sara Pinto Ferreira spoke at the ‘Dialogues with Space’ event, organised by the Portuguese Space Agency at the Thalia Theatre in Lisbon.
The session focused on the EU Space Act, the proposed European regulation for the space sector, a topic that continues to be discussed within European institutions and is of particular relevance to the future of the European space ecosystem.
Her participation in the debate highlighted the importance of active engagement at national level, capable of keeping pace with developments in the European regulatory framework and contributing to the sector’s growth in Portugal.
The session also featured an intervention by Rodolphe Muñoz, from the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Defence Industry and Space (DG DEFIS).
