On 12 March, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., VdA will host a welcome reception to launch the international initiative LawWithoutWalls (LWOW) Sprint 2026, which this year will take place in Portugal.

LawWithoutWalls is an international initiative dedicated to innovation in the legal sector, bringing together lawyers, business professionals, academics and students from around the world to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and develop solutions to real-world challenges at the intersection of law, business and technology. Through this intensive programme, participants work using design thinking methodologies to explore new approaches to the future of the legal profession.

The event marks the beginning of LWOW Sprint 2026, which will take place from 13 to 15 March at Nova School of Business and Economics, in Carcavelos, bringing together participating teams, mentors and members of the international LWOW community.
