Hugo Moredo Santos, managing associate at VdA's Banking & Finance and Capital Markets practice was guest speaker at a seminar under the title 'Securities Issuing and Public Tenders in times of Crisis' which was organized by Banco de Cabo Verde/Auditoria Geral do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários, by Cape Verde's Stock Exchage and by the Instituto dos Valores imobiliários in Cidade da Praia, Cape Verde, on the 3 and 4 June.
