New paradigms – Rehabilitation & Rental
Leonor Brito, Real Estate & Environment managing associates, is guest lecturer at the Specialized Programme on Real Estate Management, New paradigms - Rehabilitation & Rental with the subject “Rental regime and contracts”, where she approaches themes such as property right or other rights as usufruct and surface rights, as well as land registration and the special form which governs the buying and selling of real estate.
The post-graduation takes place throughout the month of October in Lisbon.
