The November session of Innov.Club featured Esther Blazquéz Blanco, an expert in organisational culture and leadership consultancy, who led a discussion on the theme “Redefining Leadership through Human Connection.”
Esther highlighted the importance of human connection in leadership and the transformative impact this approach can have in the workplace. It was a reflection on what it truly means to “speak human.”
The session also welcomed Artem Kokhan and Milana Dovzhenko, founders of Bairro, an innovative tool transforming how e-commerce brands and retailers interact with their customers at the point of delivery.
