Innov.Club is hosting another session dedicated to sharing experiences and knowledge on the topics shaping the future of organisations. Under the theme “Culture – A Practical Guide to Building a Culture that Makes a Difference”, the session will feature David Bizer, a Netscape pioneer and Google’s first recruiter in Europe.

With a career defined by building high-performing teams and reflecting on organisational culture, David Bizer will share his journey — from the early days of the internet at Netscape to creating Google’s first European teams — and present a practical framework for understanding, assessing, and shaping culture within organisations.

The session will address topics such as how leading companies define who they are and what they stand for, why people choose to join and remain in organisations, and how values are transformed into lived behaviours in everyday work.

The session will take place at EDP’s headquarters, one of Innov.Club’s member organisations.
