Hugo Moredo Santos is one of the authors of the book "The Governance of Corporations in Lusophone jurisdictions ", the title of the latest work of the Governance Lab which integrates renowned Portuguese lawyers whose work is related to this subject, this is the first book in scope and international nature .
The launch will take place on December, 12 at the Portuguese Stock Exchange auditorium.
