Fernando Resina da Silva, VdA's partner heading the IT & Outsourcing practice was guest speaker at Reditus' workshop on 'Bank credit recovery through outsourcing' where he lectured on the legal framework to outsourcing services and contracts, underlining the aspects which should assure gains in "quality, flexibility and efficiency".
