BUSINESS TRENDS is the subject of the 23rd Communications Congress, in which VdA's partner in charge of ITs & Outsourcing, Fernando Resina da Silva, participates as moderator in one of the panels, the subject of which will be "OUTSOURCING or CO-SOURCING: what challenges to expect? "In an ever-transforming environment faced with multiple challenges, the challenge is to identify the main trends in various industries and examine how the part played by ICT and New Media in the process.
