Lisa Ventura Lopes
Lisa joined Vieira de Almeida in 2017. She is a Partner at the Real Estate & Planning area of practice.
Lisa has been actively working in Real Estate and Urban Planning, with main focus on assisting both national and foreign developers in real estate projects (commercial, housing, tourist and office projects), in relation to new construction or building rehabilitation projects, including overall assistance throughout the several stages of a real estate development: acquisition stage (due diligence and purchase agreements), project stage (technical agreements), construction stage (works contracts; urban, tourist and commercial licensing and horizontal property) and sales/exit stage (sale and/or lease).
Lisa was also involved in some of the major real estate transactions in Portugal in recent years.
Law degree University of Lisbon Faculty of Law.
Post-graduation in Notarial Law and Land Registry University of Coimbra Faculty of Law.
Post-graduation in Tourism Law University of Lisbon Faculty of Law.
Before joining the firm she worked at Garrigues as senior associate.
Co-author of “Urban Lease – 50 essential answers”.
Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association.
