Jorge Bleck joined VdA in 2013. Finance & Transactions Group Senior Partner and Partner of the Corporate and M&A practice.

With over 30 years’ experience in M&A, Jorge Bleck has advised clients on both sides of the transaction, in hallmark domestic and international transactions, notably mainstream M&A, private equity, joint-ventures and privatisations.
