Alexandra Justo

Alexandra Justo joined VdA in 2017. She is a Senior Consultant in the Real Estate practice are, where she has worked in several operations, providing legal advice to real estate transactions, performing Legal Due Diligence to real estate assets, as well as drafting, negotiating contracts and monitoring purchase and sale transactions. She advises foreign investors, namely in the acquisition of residence permits for investment (ARI/Golden Visas), and accompanies the management of investments in Portugal.

Head of Traineeship Office, manages VdA Traineeship Office, which is responsible for the integration, supervision and monitoring of trainees, in order to enhance and develop technical, scientific and ethical skills on a practical level, with the aim of training trainees with the essential skills for legal practice, promoting and boosting programmes linked to knowledge and innovation, through training and initiatives that promote a mindset life-long learning and management and prepare them for membership of the Bar Association.

She is a Traineeship Course Trainer at Lisbon District Council and at Évora District Council of the Portuguese Bar Association and examiner/jury for the admission exams to the Portuguese Bar Association.

Law degree at the University in International Lisbon Faculty of Law.

Participation in the Banking Law Course at the University of Lisbon Law School.

Before joining the firm she worked as a Senior Associate at Nunes & Taborda Lourenço - Advogados with a special focus on litigation and corporate matters.

She was a Legal Consultant, advising companies in various sectors of activity, Outsourcer at WhiteStar Asset Solutions/ Arrow Global Group, and worked as an intern at A. M. Pereira, Sáragga Leal, Oliveira Martins, Júdice e Associados - Sociedade de Advogados - PLMJ.

Author of an article published by the European Lawyers Association under the title - "Survey on the legal profession in Europe".

Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association.
