Sofia Bobone
Sofia Bobone joined VdA in 2006. Partner of Corporate and M&A practice area, having been involved in several transactions, mainly focused on the acquisition and sale of companies, and corporate restructuring plans as well as corporate assistance to several companies.
Has also been actively working in corporate finance and acquisition finance transactions, advising several national and international clients, particularly implementing and accompanying private equity investment projects.
Law Degree by the Law School of the Portuguese Catholic University (Lisbon).
During 2017 and 2018, Sofia integrated the Corporate practice área at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, in New York, where she was involved in several interational Private Equity transactions.
Author of several articles published in specialized journals, including the International Corporate Governance digital guide.
Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association.
