Francisca de Landerset joined VdA in 2023. She is a Senior Associate in the Tax and in the Restructuring & Insolvency practice areas where she has been dedicated to tax consultancy, compliance and tax litigation, specially focused on corporate income tax, stamp duty and other special taxes and contributions, as well as providing specialized support in M&A transactions, including tax structuring and tax due diligence, to both national and international clients, from various sectors, such as energy, communications, technology and infrastructures, as well as to investment funds and private equity clients.
Before joining the firm, she worked as a consultant at KPMG, in Corporate Tax, having previously worked as an associate at MLGTS, as a legal advisor to the Deputy Secretary of State for Commerce, and also as an associate at RFF & Associados.
