Cristina Melo Miranda joined VdA in 2013. She is currently Managing Associate integrating the Corporate and M&A area of practice, where she has been involved in several transactions.
Previously a trainee of the Projects – Infrastructures, Energy and Natural Resources area of practice and of the Information, Communication & Technology area of practice.
Law degree at the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University (Lisbon).
Post-graduation in Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University (Lisbon).
Masters in law (Civil and Business Law) at the Portuguese Catholic University Faculty of Law (Lisbon).
Attendance of Post-graduation in Intellectual Property, Faculty of Law of the Lisbon University/Intellectual Property Law Portuguese Association.
