“Voices That Inspire” is a podcast by Observador in partnership with VdA, where we explore leadership journeys shaped by difficult decisions, resilience, and long-term vision.

This programme expands on CIRCLE, a VdA initiative that brings together top leaders — women and men — with a very clear purpose: to pave the way for more diverse and balanced leadership.

The series consists of five episodes, released every Tuesday at 2:12 pm on Rádio Observador and across all major podcast platforms.

The first episode features João Vieira de Almeida and, throughout the series, listeners will also hear from Vera Pinto Pereira, Executive Board Member at EDP; João Bento, Chairman of Altri and Lisnave; Maria João Carioca, co-CEO of Galp; and António Pires de Lima, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Brisa Group.
