Sofia Ribeiro Branco (Partner) is interviewed by Advocatus by ECO within the section "What is it like to litigate in the middle of a pandemic?”, in which the Partner answers several questions on this subject.
When questioned about how she assesses the role of the Portuguese Government dealing with a pandemic, the Partner states that "in an exceptional situation, such as a pandemic, the role of the PM or Minister of Health is certainly more difficult. This complexity leads me not to make immediate judgements".
