Paulo Olavo Cunha, Partner, and Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira, Of Counsel, are part of the teaching team of the Postgraduate Programme in Corporate Law, organised by the Private Law Research Centre at the Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon.

Paulo Olavo Cunha teaches the module ‘Suitability of the corporate form to the business model’, while Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira teaches ‘Corporate groups’ and ‘Shareholder agreements’.

The programme provides a comprehensive overview of key legal issues affecting the business sector, combining a solid legal foundation with an up-to-date perspective on case law trends, and supporting informed risk assessment and decision-making within organisations.
