VdA was voted the best company to work for in the legal sector in the 1st edition of Merco Talento Universitário. This ranking, developed by Monitor Empresarial de Reputação (MERCO), reveals the best companies to work for according to the responses of university students in Portugal.
The study evaluates criteria such as salary expectations, student preferences when choosing companies, work-life balance policies and how these impact on employees' personal, family and professional lives.
The awards ceremony took place this Thursday 28 November in Paço de Arcos.
