Joaquim Pedro Lampreia (partner) is quoted in a Jornal de Negócios article on the Renting Rehabilitation Incentive small demand, through which is possible a 5% tax in the IRS.
The partner explains that the legislations “leaves a great safety margin for the city councils, who limits the ARU. And one gives up the benefit, sometimes the alternative being an endless court litigation.”
