Magda Cocco (Partner), Joana Neves (Managing Associate) and Tiago Sérgio Cabral (Trainee) collaborated in the edition of an e-book entitled "The Litigation of the European Union and the cross-border recovery of debts: understanding the digital solutions in the light of the European electronic justice paradigm (e-Justice)", with the coordination of Joana Covelo de Abreu, Larissa Coelho and Tiago Sérgio Cabral.
Magda Cocco and Joana Neves contributed to this work with the article "Ubi jus, ubi remedium - reflections on the right to legal action and the right to compensation against the person responsible for the treatment or the subcontractor".
Tiago Sérgio Cabral authored the article "The "Artificial Judge": brief notes on the use of artificial intelligence by the Courts and its relationship with European data protection legislation” and is also one of the coordinators of the e-book.
The e-book is streamlined following the Online Summer School "EU Procedure and Credits' claims: Approaching Electronic Solutions under E-Justice Paradigm", in which the Authors also participated, and can be downloaded for free here.
