Filipa Baeta published a book entitled "Os Princípios de Atuação da Administração Pública Sancionatória - A fase administrativa do processo de contraordenação" (The Principles of Action by the Public Sanctioning Administration - The administrative phase of the administrative offence process), which is now on sale at Almedina.

This publication is the result of her Master's dissertation, defended at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in 2023, which analysed the principles that guide the actions of the Public Sanctioning Administration, not only during the administrative phase of the administrative offence process, but also in the context of pre-sanctioning activities of inspection, control, regulation or supervision.
