"For a business fabric that historically showed resistance to the adoption of distance working mechanisms - for fear of efficiency losses, waste of synergies, affecting the company culture and work dynamics generated by physical proximity or, in general, as a result of mistrust of self-management systems on the part of the worker - the pandemic context emerged as a trial balloon for practical and large-scale application of such mechanisms, previously only present in a structured way in some companies (with emphasis on technological ones) and/or in positions of greater responsibility."
