Rita Simão Luís (Associate) contributed to the publication "Direito Aduaneiro - Coletânea de textos" ("Customs Law - Collection of Texts"), a collective work which aims to promote a plural and informed debate around customs law, as a determinant element in the appreciation of the competitive capacity in a global market.
The Associate writes the article entitled " The Duty Reimbursement Regime in Case of Overpayment", focusing on an increasingly relevant topic, namely in the context of Economic Partnership Agreements established by the EU.
