On the July edition of Into Africa publication devoted to the subject “Back on Track: African Mining”, Olivier Bustin (managing international advisor) writes an article on the revision the Democratic Republic of Congo Mining Code.

In this edition dedicated to exploring the new regulations and legislations of the mining sector that are being created in several African countries, Oliveir Bustin speaks on RDC legislation and states that “a key point of the reform is the obligation of the mining companies to have 10% of their share capital held by Congolese citizens”.
