Américo Oliveira Fragoso (managing associate) is quoted in article on ECO Online newspaper about Labour legislation regarding experimental period versus fixed term contracts.
On the recent changes in the Portuguese Labour Code the managing associate states that “in the experimental period, at any time, each part can cease the contract without justification and compensation for the worker.”
