Rita Rocha (Associate) co-authored an article published in the online publication Human - Human Resources and Management, about the business needs of companies in the future and the ability of employees to adapt to meet new professional demands.

"Through continuous training, companies will be able to adapt the knowledge of their workers, either to fill gaps that are the basis of low productivity, or to provide them with new skills in order to reinforce and valorise their functions and, consequently, increase their responsibilities (upskilling) or, still, to allow requalification processes or career transition (reskilling)".
