Francisco Campos Braz (Senior Associate) co-authored an article for the Human.pt publication entitled "Mandatory Training" on the continuous training duties imposed on companies in the Labour Code, with the aim of fulfilling the minimum of 40 hours of training per year for each employee.

"The aim of vocational training in companies is to provide employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their current or future job. Additionally, it is consensual that investing in people's development is, today, a way to attract and, mainly, retain talent. Likewise, it is known that the democratisation of knowledge produces more equitable and fairer societies".
