Diogo Bordeira Neves (Trainee) contributed to the publication "Revista de Contratos Públicos", a work published by Almedina in cooperation with Cedipre - Centre for Public Law and Regulation Studies, of the Coimbra University Faculty of Law.
The trainee lawyer signed an article entitled "On the possibility of challenging before the administrative courts the refusal of prior approval by the Court of Auditors (especially by the private co-contractor)".
