VdA, a firm of reference in the Banking & Finance and Capital Markets sectors, is recognised once again
For the eighth year in a row, VdA was awarded “Most Active Law Firm in Bonds” at the Euronext Lisbon Awards.
Pedro Cassiano Santos, Paula Gomes Freire, Pedro Simões Coelho, José Pedro Fazenda Martins, Hugo Moredo Santos and Benedita Aires, VdA partners, represented the Firm at the 2019 Euronext Award Ceremony. These annual awards recognise the most dynamic players in the financial markets, awarding, in Euronext’s regulated bond market segment, the law firm that most actively assisted with debt issues on this regulated market, based on the volume of securities admitted to trading.
Since its launch in 2011, the “Most Active Law Firm in Bonds” award has always been won by VdA, testifying to its activity in this sector and the fact that it is the preferred choice of entities operating on the regulated debt market of Portugal’s Capital Markets.
This award, received on behalf of VdA by Benedita Aires, Banking & Finance partner, is, according to Pedro Cassiano Santos, Head of VdA’s B&F area, “a reflection of the consistent quality work delivered by the team in 2018, in partnership with clients who challenge us to achieve their goals, which we strive for together, and is clear evidence of the consistency of Euronext and other capital markets operators in Portugal.”
