Américo Oliveira Fragoso (Managing Associate) is quoted in an article in the Expresso newspaper on the entry into force of the new telework regime, in which an increase in litigation between workers and companies is expected.
On the legal gaps and lack of clarification of the rules, he says "the right or not to meal allowance by the worker was one of the big questions of telework during confinement and one of the aspects that drove the revision of the law, but the legislator left it without an answer in the new law".
