Hugo Moredo Santos (Partner) and Sara Santos Dias (Associate) are PostGraduate lecturers on the 8th Postgraduate Course in Corporate Finance, organised by the Private Law Research Centre at Lisbon University Law School.
The lawyers were in charge of the module on "Derivative Financial Instruments", which was lectured on 20 December last.
