Américo Oliveira Fragoso (Managing Associate) was quoted in an article by portuguese newspaper Expresso about a Spanish court decision "authorizing Galp Energia to deduct breakfast, coffee or smoking breaks from the calculation of work time".
The lawyer acknowledges that "not many similar cases have reached national courts" and adds that, "in most cases, these issues are settled by the internal codes of conduct, approved by the companies".
