Américo Oliveira Fragoso (Managing Associate) is quoted in an article on Expresso newspaper about collective dismissal being the tendency of companies after the lay-off.
"Companies began to prepare their plans in March. Many no longer renewed contracts before moving to lay-off. What is now being seen in the offices is a search for solutions for the significant reduction in costs that will involve large-scale collective redundancies, but also insolvencies and other mechanisms".
