Américo Oliveira Fragoso (Managing Associate) co-writes with Susana Almeida Lopes, an article for the publication Human, about the return to face-to-face work and the legal and psychological effects of telework.

"After this phase, it is time for companies to proactively transport the knowledge acquired to regulate teleworking. It is also time to get to know each employee's profile in relation to teleworking."

This is the first article of a collaboration established between the Labour area and SHL, through which every month articles will be published to which lawyers from this practice area have contributed.
