Américo Oliveira Fragoso (Managing Associate) is quoted in an article in Expresso newspaper on the fact that the larger companies are now preparing to move forward with collective lay-offs.
"The lay-off boom was more contained than expected. The somewhat unexpected and temporary recovery of the economy felt in the months of July and August ended up giving hope for a quick recovery to some entrepreneurs, who postponed the decision to lay off".
