“Companies block unemployment benefits of green receipts”
Américo Oliveira Fragoso, Employment & Benefits practice managing associate, is quoted in an article of Expresso newspaper entitled “Companies block unemployment benefits of green receipts”.
On this matter, the managing associate states that “many of these workers have no written contract and the only proof of its relationship is the monthly receipt. The most common behavior is that companies refuse to write any document that can prove that there is in fact an employment relation between them.”
