Carla Gonçalves Borges (Partner) moderates the panel on "Setting Aside of Arbitral Awards", which took place on 21 October in the context of the São Paulo Arbitration Week (SPAW).
This event focuses on the debate related to the Setting Aside of Arbitral Awards and the Recognition of Foreign Arbitral Awards, in the year in which the 25th anniversary of the Brazilian Arbitration Law and the 10th anniversary of the Portuguese Arbitration Law are celebrated.
