Paulo Olavo Cunha and Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira participated in the ninth edition of the Postgraduate Course in Insolvency and Corporate Recovery Law, organised by the Research Centre for Private Law (CIDP) at the Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon.

Paulo Olavo Cunha delivered a lecture titled “Specific Measures for Corporate Recovery in the Context of Restructuring (and Recovery)", while Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira conducted a session on “Termination Clauses in Contracts During Insolvency and Pre-Insolvency Situations".

The course aims to offer thorough training—both theoretical and practical—in matters related to Insolvency and Corporate Recovery Law. It benefits from contributions by academics, lawyers, and magistrates, who delve into traditional subjects of the field as well as its latest challenges and developments.
